A whole lot of people. Don't you ever go outside and to any venue? I see people paying with cash more than I see people using cards.
For instance, people that get paid cash, pay with that cash. People withdrawal money from their bank and carry cash. -

Well then this discussion isn't for you, right? Cuz if you don't EVER carry cash then you wouldn't be looking for counterfeit money. If you never worked as a banker, or a cashier, then this topic wouldn't be for you.
SO WHY ARE YOU INSIDE MY TOPIC? -

I wonder why it’s not like that here. I think at least where I live it makes sense because there are a lot of tourists from countries where they are used to spending cash or don’t want their cards to be charged an extra international fee if they’re just visiting. I think it could also be cultural reasons

If it’s a $20 it probably wouldn’t be checked often compared to a $50 or $100. So it’s possible there’s a lot of counterfeit money out there we’re using that we don’t know about since I’m assuming look pretty close to the same.
I’ve only ever checked one time when it wasn’t getting accepted into the atm machine. -

Exactly which is why the $20 bill is more often counterfeited. Have you ever seen a counterfeit $20? It looks almost like the real thing. But the texture and weight is off. And sometimes if you pay attention, the color of the ink is not right.

Omg that's so what I done as well. And also when I worked as a cashier some years ago. The twenty wouldn't go into the safe. And I was like hmmm..
I wouldn't work as a cashier again because it's too stressful trying to prevent money scams for the business.
People be trying to pass Canadian coins as American coins. So many times I would get my drawer at the beginning of my ****. I would look at the coins. There would be Canadian coins in the draw.
So I would tell my manager about it. And the manager was like,
"Don't worry about it."
And I'm like,
"Don't worry about it??! A Canadian coin isn't the same monetary value as an American coin. So it cannot be used. The value of my draw is off. My draw is short before I've even started working!!"
What a dumbass bitch.
