What does having money mean to you? Whether it is 1m or 3m or whatever, the more you have accumulated so the more you can't take with you when it is time to go. Do you invest it? Do you distribute it to those in need? Money is a number with multiple noughts. It means very little unless you're using it wisely.

I've got plenty in my retirement accounts. The rest of it I invest some and save some, then occasionally spend a large chunk on home improvements and start over again.
