That's not true. Her brother has the house I think.
It was my understanding when this all went down initially, that the brother got a roommate, and moved to a different house altogether.
I’m not sure who got the house, but it wasn’t Christina, and I don't think it was her brother, either. But only Christina can clarify this, I suppose.

Her brother lived in the house for a while.
I think
the house was sold
, no doubt to pay off some of her
father's medical bills.
Christina made a
choice
. She told them
she did not want to stay in Florida,
she
did not want to live near her family,
and she
specifically wanted to move the exact part of Cleveland that she's in.
Christina made all of these choices herself.
Her family supported her quest for independence.
She also
chose
not to work with a social worker in person,
or
maintain any appointments on a regular basis with her
physician, dietician, endocrinologist, psychiatrist, therapist
, or do any research into group homes designed to be more interactive with her.
She shouldn't even be living on her own. Look at how her posts reflect that on a regular basis the many ways she's spiraling downward and avoiding any legitimate assistance offered to her that would actually help her.
Her health has deteriorated and she's going into financial debt. She doesn't really want "help" because it would mean doing things she doesn't "want" to do.

Scroll down this thread to where she says her brother is fixing the house up for him and his friend.

Perhaps I misunderstood. I might have understood it to mean they were fixing it up in order to sell it. She mentioned that after they fix it up, he's moving with a buddy into an apartment, right? That's why I got the idea the house is going up for sale.
I don't think any of her family members were able to take her in after her folks died. I don't remember the specifics, but I thought Christina mentioned one of her aunts already had 3 kids to take care of (not all her own). I honestly can't keep the stories straight.
In any event, Christina posted that she wanted to move to Cleveland, not stay in the area, much less in Florida, and she couldn't afford it because even back then, she never learned to save money, and her aunt paid for her ticket and out of the group homes in the area, the first one was the one that would take her given her benefit situation.

Agreed. Some form of supervision is greatly needed here. At the rate she’s going, she would be lucky to live past her 50’s.

— 3 years ago(September 25, 2022 10:33 PM)She is just at the store.
My other aunt Barb didn't have much to say maybe of interest.
So, if I don't hear back from anyone in a day or so, I may message back then.
Later, I will have enough money to do what I want, when I start selling, I said full time, or whatever's enough. It's possible in a few months at least I may get Lejeune benefits, maybe a few year too though my younger brother said, though I'm supposed to hear back within a few weeks, e-mail or phone. If not, I will contact back. I also need my May benefits, still calling, inquired maybe 10 or more times with wait/travel time, like it's on me and they may just spaz out or it doesn't work.. I could easily be in good financial terms, as the debt is paid gradually and I'm acing the joy of this sales licensing course! I even just sent an e-mail in colored fonts to the support team on the matter.

google " diabetic cooking" or " how to cook for a diabetic" and your problems solved.
you can make a salad on the cheap: go to kroger or aldi and buy the veggies there.
Boca and Dr. Praeger make very good veggie burgers etc. less than 3 minutes in microwave, and problem solved.
almond milk has NO sugar so pair that with store-brand "cheerios" and you have part of breakfast. -

You’re ****ed.
You start going into debt for food and you are ****ed. You should not be using debt for anything. You’re good at some things but this sort of thing isn’t something you, Christina, should fool around with.
Best of luck.
Stop.
