I could probably sell my modest little house for close to $800k in a week if I really wanted to. I thought it was crazy buying it in the low 600s but it's only been 3 years.

Now is probably a good time to sell. Prices are at a high and inventory is low. I will likely be selling in a few months. I just need to refinance and then possibly take out some equity before putting it on the market.
