Good info to know.
I've only seen "surrender" as an option with single-deck blackjack in Las Vegas. It has different rules than normal 6-8 deck blackjack.

I never got into cards.
I think because when I was a teen the Internet and phones came out. And there was cable TV. And I went to the mall on weekends. People just didn't play cards for entertainment anymore. That's old school. So I never learned to play any card games. I don't understand any of this chart. think if I did though, I'd be a pro at it. I'm a fast learner.
I'm a whizz at Uno and Old Maid, though.
