Soooo… I took a closer look at your two photos, Millard.
What I'm about to say is meant nicely, I don't want to make fun of you now in any way.
You mentioned elsewhere that your left eye sometimes droops a bit.
Most often that's just a small muscle weakness that can be eliminated with massages and special exercises.
However, to be on the safe side you should've your brain checked for a possible aneurysm.
Magnetic resonance angiography
(MRA) or
Computed tomography angiography
(CT), best
Lumbar puncture
(LP).
