I like neutral color or natural when it comes to nails.
I admit that I keep mine short. Since I like to garden and cook, I could never abide long nails. To me, they get in the way. They are also dirt catchers.
I do take a supplement… Hair, Skin, and Nails. I have been taking that for years. It's good for strengthening the hair and the nails. I suppose it helps my my skin as well.

I keep my nails short as well. I never did care for The Claw look. All I could think about is how they wipe their butt with those nails and cook food with those nails. Not to mention, it's a breeding ground for fungus. Oh yeah, and they're ugly as sin.
I take collagen supplements as well for my hair, skin and nails. My nails grow so friggin' fast I feel like I'm always having to clip them down! I have to clip them at least twice a week.
I don't usually wear polish, so it's a rare deal. It's either this, something neutral, which is a colour I just read about, or I'll wear a blood red.
I like to get my hands dirty and work with my hands too much. There's only so much mani-care stuff I can do and maintain my lifestyle.
