She has a vitamin deficiency also. I'm willing to bet the issue comes from inside her body. I probably have the same problem. Also, too much chlorine in the water inside her home could be the problem as well if she washed her hair in the shower.. The protein molecules of hair need a pH balance of 7.5. that keeps it healthy. Less breakage and less falling out.

I agree with you i do have a folic acid defiency and I am subscribed tablets vitamins but never take them I don’t bleach my hair anymore haven’t bleached it for four months it’s cause I don’t take my vitamins Cause I’m lazy and have so much meds to take in the morning as it is but this is day three of vitamins and biotin they took me off folic acid it wasn’t supposed to be permanent anyway I think I have anaemia
