When my sister's hair would not grow at all it seemed, she bought pills that contain all the vitamins and so forth to promote hair growth. After she started taking those pills, I noticed her hair growing longer and stronger. The pills really do work if your body is short of the necessary nutrients to promote hair growth.

It was a generic name like "hair growth".
It's a multivitamin. That means everything that makes your hair and nails grow and strengthen is in ONE pill.
There are so many other brands of multivitamins that promote hair and nails growth. In the USA we have a retail chain drug and pharmacy stores called Rite Aid. Rite Aid has the largest variety of those hair growth multivitamins.
When was the last time you browsed the pharmacy section in a store in your city or town?
