this is a silly question but is your 72" tv connected to the wifi network? the firestick is pretty much plug and play. plug into an HDMI port then plug into outlet then hit the home button and the setup menu should come up.

follow the instructions. you shouldn't be having a problem if you have wifi and the stick is plugged into HDMI and an power outlet.

I recommend a handyman too. My dad put a 55" up in my daughter's bedroom recently and idk wtf he has done. It's literally just stuck in the middle of the wall and it's not even straight! My daughter said I can twist the tv, but idc that it's crooked it's just floating in the middle of nowhere!

It's not even at the foot of the bed! Literally just slapped it in the middle of nowhere!
She pushed those cabinets up to the corner and put some of her plants on it. I just took one look at it and was like whatever not my room and closed the door
