I went to bed last night with my TV on (set sleep timer) and the channel was set to the 'Antenna TV' channel. I wake up this morning and all info is in Korean and the time was 8 hours ahead (Korea is 17 hours ahead from my location)! Since I do not speak Korean there wasn't anyway to fix it through the menu. Finally called Samsung and after a bit of trial and error was able to fix it. What I would like to know is how it happened. I haven't connected it to the internet, no cable box, Korean isn't one of the available languages (English, Spanish, French). The people at customer service didn't have a clue about how it happened. Maybe someone here can enlighten me?
Maybe life is a dream and we wake up when we die?

Either your smart TV has become self-aware, or it was just a random glitch.

Thanks for the reply. It's really random.
I've had the set for a year with no problems. I've asked the question on couple of places and some seem to think that it was a power surge, if so why didn't it affect my computer? Oh well I'll probably never solve the mystery.

Maybe there just was a power outage in your area that could have effected the settings on your TV?
Some electronic equipment can act rather strange in such situations.

Glitch in the Matrix or Mandela Effect.
            Life is pain, Highness.
