thing is that
it causes lung cancer.
PS Lung cancer killed my father. He survived fighting the Germans in Italy in WW II, but
lung cancer got him.

And the voice box. That's not very "attractive" either. Losing part of your jaw? Yep, that too. Losing your teeth? Not "attractive." Then there's the whole "death" thing.

You're right. She needs to quit smoking and just exercise and eat right. I think she wants an easy fix and without effort. Sadly nothing works that way. No magic pill, and smoking destroys her body, and drinking is going to put fat on her.

Stay active
Eat healthy balance meals preferably home cooked and avoid a lot of processed food products.
drink plenty of healthy fluids (do your research)
avoid drug use, narcotics, street drugs, and drinking excessive amounts of alcohol.
find a beauty magazine and pay for a subscription
find, visit venues that focus on beauty and wellness.
find something intellectually stimulating to read
drive safely, walk safely
avoid toxic relationships as much as humanely possible.
