If you have naturally wavy or curly hair and you want it to look its best, my suggestion to you is to follow these simple rules:
- Do not shampoo your hair more than twice a week. You can condition more than once but only put shampoo in your hair one to two timr a week.
- Only use
sulfate free
shampoo. Sulfates are damaging and harsh. - Do not use any conditioner or hair products with silicone or parabens.Again, these things will ruin your curl and hair texture.
DO NOT USE HEAT ON YOUR HAIR, SO NO BLOW DRYERS OR FLAT IRONS OR CURLING WANDS
For a list of acceptable hair products, google "curly girl approved shampoo", or "curly girl approved conditioner" or whatever product you need. -
