And it's all the same bread (With the exception of brown and white) with different crumbs put over it.
The whole system could be automated. Zero thought required, just take thing from one tub and put it into another. Make it look like a deli to the customer but it's far from one -

Jersey Mike's is terrible now. They overcook the bread. The service is atrocious. Maybe because the company spends more money advertising than its commitment to making tasty subs.
Firehouse Subs is the elite now. -

To me, it depends on what type of bread you make them with, the ingredients, and how they are made. Hot, cold, grilled.
Sometimes I just crave a good grilled cheese with a nice hot bowl of tomato soup for dipping.
