I've tried baked beans from a can because it's cheap protein but couldn't get past the mushy texture. Refried beans is another no no.

I’ve never had baked beans that are mushy. They are always very firm for me. I’m not into mushy foods either but Heinz baked beans are not like that.

The mush comes more when they're in your mouth and chewing them. I just don't like the texture. I even bought a can of Heinz "British style" beans to see if it would make a difference but no.
Anyway, these days no food is appealing and I'm really getting tired of it.

Was already going thru something very horrible and something else really bad happened last week. 2026 is shaping up to be a really horrible year and the worst has yet to come.
