I do not mean do you have an outdoor grill!
I mean is there a restaurant that creates slo lo smoked meat dishes like ribs and brisket and pork butt…side dishes like cole slaw and hush puppies…maybe some deepfried pickles or fried green tomatoes… Brunswick stew?
If not…might wanna consider it. Y'all got hickory trees? If not apple or even cherry would work

There are people who do Texas style barbecue there. From what I hear, it's definitely not as good, but better than what they usually get there.
I mean, this looks decent. The Brisket looks like it could be improved upon.

Lol I got this thread idea from YouTube after two Brits were introduced to the concept. They tried using knife and fork on ribs.

I'd definitely use cutlery on chicken drumsticks, I cannot stand that sticky feeling
