Yes. Bad oil. Most of them that are high in saturated or trans fats.

I try to avoid palm oil, but gotta be honest. I only ever look at crisp packets to see if they're vegetarian friendly. I pretty much expect them to have all the bad fats and salts and everything. By then I'm just in BRING IT ON mode.

They only in import the flavours they know will sell. It's expensive to import and sell, so they don't want dead stock. And unfortunately my countrymen have BORING taste in crisps.
