That could be it.
An average full swimming pool weighs approximately 70k pounds whereas it's speculated that a house weighs 80-160k pounds. Real close on one end…way over on the other.

I don't really use my basement much, but there's a TV room with a washroom and the rest is storage/washer and dryer room. I like ranch style and bungalows.
