Did you try to bake a lot gradually?
I sometimes did something before college and sometimes as a kid and now I eat what I want and can bake a cake alone etc., cookies…

I tried to fit in baking things like cookies and even cakes when I was in high school or junior high, and as an adult I have goals to do it all the time, with my health routine.

When I was young, my parents baked for me a lot and so did I learning, and now I make some things sometimes at my leisure, along with things like decorating my house and keeping the outside nice.

The second option. I baked cookies and cakes as a kid to fit in and now as an adult I'm cooking cookies and cakes today for health reasons.
