Sounds delicious! I love malt vinegar on chips. I do tend to go a bit overboard with it, however.

If I'm eating it for lunch I will get something small like a chip or spam butty, but for dinner I would typically get pattie or sausage with chips and gravy/peas. Maybe some scraps depending how bad of a day I've had.
