It's hard to tell because crawfish tend to be super seasoned, and lobsteris usually just buttery. You taste mostly seasoning, but it is a bit like a mini lobster in texture.
Crawfish are freshwater crustaceans, so maybe factor that in.
If you ever do get a chance to try them, make sure the place you're buting them from (if you're not making rhem) purges them. People who say they taste muddy have had crawfish that weren't cleaned and purged. Some people don't care. I like em purged, and I think kost outsiders prefer them purged as well.
