Oat milk

I heard that almond milk isn't good either because it uses the skins of the almonds which contain lectins and cause inflammation. I wonder if they make a
blanched almond
almond milk.

I like Oat Milk, especially the Oatly Barista which is awesome in coffee. It's a great alternative to cows milk if you're vegan or lactose intolerant.
Not sure what this thread is about but I found this.
Rapeseed oil is naturally low in saturated fat and high in unsaturated fat, which is excellent for your health.
It’s an excellent source of vitamin E — a strong antioxidant, which can support eye and skin health.
Rapeseed oil is also a great source of an omega-3 fat known as alpha-linolenic acid, which provides numerous heart health benefits like lower blood pressure and a decreased likelihood of heart attack.
High in omega-6 fats, rapeseed oil can also support overall health. However, an excess of omega-6 can lead to some inflammation in the body. Fortunately, you can find a balanced ratio of omega-3 and omega-6 fats at a 1:2 ratio in rapeseed oil, which experts believe is ideal.
I guess that you would have to use a huge amount to have an excess.

I never could quite get past the taste of oat milk. I use coconut milk since I don't drink dairy milk. I've also had almond milk in the past. I think I tried oat milk twice but both times, it was just…blech to me.
There's a lot of news coming out about seed oils being unhealthy and inflammatory in nature. I'm still sifting through whatever I come across.
