tomato sauce I hope turns out okay. I cooked some sausage meat, and onions and garlic and added canned tomatoes. Also salt and pepper, garlic and basil. It’s been cooking for almost 2 hours so I put on a pot of water for curly spaghetti. Another experiment. I usually get tomato sauce from the Italian store.
