Southern BBQ. Different states do it different, but Texas does it best.

Texas Tex-Mex, not truly Mexican but a blend of the south.
My extended family are from France, Lyon to be precise. Whenever they come to Texas to visit all they want is Tex-Mex food. Like every effing day.. they just love it so much and eat it up because they know they cannot get that in France and won't see it again for years.
Pizza: Pizza is entirely done differently in the US. Many different styles from Chicago/Detriot and NY. All delicious.
California also has their styles for those who are LGBTX.
Northeasterners have some pretty good clam chowder and lobster bisque.

It's all a mix of other countries. I don't think there are any uniquely American creations.
Even a hamburger on a donut is a combination of cultures.
