The truth and the facts are that humans have tons of health problems from eating anything animal based where we do not from plant based foods.
Our bodies really are herbivore designed.
When non vegans troll me like with the **** you did I just have to roll my eyes and add that to the pile of bullshit about the healthy vegan diet.

Soy is made of estrogen and isn’t advised used by people who have had cancer. It also can possibly causes gynecomastia in men and boys. There are other milk alternatives. Sorry if you feel trolled but I’m being 100% legit.

I've been advised to avoid all soy products, including soy milk, specifically because of the estrogen component. I also had breast cancer, so in my case, the need to avoid soy is definitely health related. I also would not encourage men to consume soy products for exactly the reasons you mentioned.

I understand that some people are vegans for health reasons and others are vegans for ethical and moral reasons. That being said, I've read that oat milk is one of the least healthy options for dairy alternatives.
Putting that aside, the best option is the one that you are consistent with and enjoy and will continue to use.
