Buy an aur fryer instead. They're easy to use, and they're healthier. A slow cooker is also good if you want effortless cooking. Like if you want tacos, get some boneless chicken breast, El Pato sauce (or maybe a big can of enchilada sauce or salsa), and just let it cook overnight. Shred it, put in preferred toppings in a tortilla.
They make low carb tortillas, and they're also low calorie.
The best brand is La Banderita. They're just as good as the non low carb ones. Mission's are a bit stale textured. Avoid those.
