Doesn't that keep you happy and healthy, as well as fight disease, like cancer? Just exercise..

No I just overeat when I'm bored or anxious. It doesn't make me happier and I usually regret it after so it's a bad habit I would really like to break. Overeating does not fight disease and can make you more likely to get certain diseases like diabetes, hypertension,etc.

Great green beans and some motorcycles must use sway braces on the back road hangers to prevent sideways movement. You're thinking of your mother when she stopped eating when she died of cancer, and you're getting confused. She did not die because she stopped eating. Your mother had cancer and the cancer metastasized to other parts of her body. The extensive cancer combined with her chemotherapy is why she lost her appetite as she was dying, but even if she ate, that would not have stopped the cancer. You gorging yourself on all of this food is not going to keep cancer at bay. You're misunderstanding.
If anything, your excessive eating of all this sugar is causing inflammatory responses in your body which, along with complications from your out-of-control diabetes, may potentially make you more prone to cancer as well as heart and kidney problems.
It's true that you can eat in ways to better your health and lower your risks of cancer, but what you are doing is not it. You are doing the opposite.
I know you won't read or reply to this because it's not encouraging you to continue eating the way you want to, but I understand why you're doing what you're doing.
