            Thank you! And thank you! ❤️ This is my favourite thing to make. I do a palak paneer as well.
            Paneer is not the kind of cheese you have on a cheese board or something. It's almost like tofu except it tates better, and of course, isn't vegan. But it's definitely great in curries. And I also like it sautéed with thinly sliced onion, mushrooms and tomato. And lots of cracked black pepper.

                A little, but more like firm, sliceable cottage cheese that isn't lumpy. It's very light. It absorbs the flavours around it. It's worth trying. 😊
