I tried it through his lips (
) and so yes, Juan does indeed enjoy it /.

Is it really that distinctive? Is there something that unique about it, taste-wise, that would make paying that much for a pound of coffee beans really worth the expense? How different is it?

Like any ridiculously expensive coffee you have to make sure you get the full experience out of it Lilith and so freshly ground beans, good clean pressurised water and quality foamed milk with demerara sugar in a nice china cup or hearty mug and it doesn't matter what it tastes like because you're already sitting somewhere nice with decent décor and no needless distractions
Smells nice, tastes nice and probably will have those who wish to wax lyrical about their love for coffee within earshot. I that's for you then go for it.
I liked it enough, I can see why some get excited about it and pay silly amounts for it. not the best coffee I've drank and I wouldn't go out of my way for it but coffee isn't really a thing for me and so I'm maybe not the best in selling it to others
Do you have some near you or why are you wondering about it?

I was buying some Ruta Maya coffee and that came up for some reason. I heard about this coffee back in the 90s when I was a much more avid coffee drinker and much more persnickety about the java beans I would grind up to make a nice cup o' joe.
