I am CURRENTLY eating healthy. I was eating healthy in 2022, but after my mom died, I ate my feelings for a few months, but then got back on track last summer. Lost the weight I gained back, but kinda hit a plateau recently, or rather a slowdown. Lost 30 lbs very quickly, but it's been more incremental lately. I need to up my exercise. I already eat well. Most days ,it's only 1400 calories, but exercise is very inconsistent.
Even when I'm not being healthy, I don't really eat junk food that much. It's just from eating too much, and I don't have to eat much (mental health reasons usually) to put on weight. I guess the tradeoff is I put on muscle easily too.
