1 can chili beans
1 can black beans
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 large onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 15 oz can crushed tomatoes
salt
pepper
and if I'm in the mood for veggies in my meal I also add
1/2 head of cauliflower, cut
1 zucchini, chopped
I usually serve it with cornbread.
