4 gallons. They're for overnight oats with cocoa, honey, and vanilla. I use lots of milk and not much oats, hopefully lots of flavor won't hurt 10 16 oz. cups with lids.

Yup! I love skim milk, but I thought this was more whole and nutritious, maybe lubricate-ive with the fat.

prices kinda high for certain items, like cucs and romas. at my walmart, romas are 0.98$/pound and cucs are 0.68$/each.
strange your doc or dietician hasnt recommended almond or oat milk, since they both have 0 sugar content; both fat-free and whole milk have on average 13grams of sugar /serving, which is 8oz.and 13 grams of sugar for a diebetic is bad
