Agreed. They're simply delicious! While it's good with cheese sauce, I don't think cauliflower with buffalo sauce can be topped….yet.

By itself, broccoli, but cauliflower is a good alternative to some things. Like Rouge said, they're great as a buffalo wing substitute. Same for a pizza crust.
Oh, speaking of alternatives, spaghetti squash is great of you get the seeds out.
