I have so many food additives allergies, I been checking labels all my adult life.
I don't have celiac (SFAIK) but I am super gluten intolerant. Cant' digest it. I bloat like a whale!
I've heard of ppl who are allergic to corn. (One woman with a blog) That **** is worse: it's in everything, including the PAPER they put your cut deli meat on!

Why do you need meds for coeliac? Its dietary only and that is my point. What about people with cancers who have to undergo chemo treatments with severe side effects? Just keep away from gluten products.
