No. It's not the same drink. One is hot chocolate milk which has different ingredients and made different.
The drink is called hot chocolate for a reason. Maybe they should have named it differently so that idiots like you and frrt don't get confused.
Hot chocolate milk and hot chocolate don't even taste the same. -

Less fattening, out of milk, or just don't feel like heating milk because whenn you do it in microwave, it bubbles over. Plus, the powder sucks anyway. But if you're making from scratch, it gotta have milk.
