I'm trying to use recipes more.
I also know a few simpler things.
I used to eat frozen food, canned soup, some Hello Fresh mail meals, etc.

What you should do is turn the gas up to full but not ignite the cooker, wait 15 minutes until the room makes you a bit dizzy and then light a smoke. That is the easiest way to cook.
Don't smoke? Then jump out the window head first. Chefs kiss
