    Tropical Smoothie Cafe

    • sells wraps, flatbreads, etc.
    • sells smoothies that are pretty tasty
I had a smoothie almost every day in college, from Smoothie King, also Odwalla smoothies from the C store.. This was just my 1st year. Also, I had wraps at Sandella's but by the end of the year grew tired of them but still like them if only they were here.
When I went out with my dad, we had McDonald's, junk food at Costco, etc. He doesn't seem like the wrap type and has diabetes so avoids smoothies, think they're like soda and he gets diet or Coke Zero.

Aren't you diabetic too? Why aren't you avoiding sugar like your father does?

If you don't get your fruit … fruit helps prevent cancer I think, that's what it said about juicing.

Juicing is useless. Strips all the vitamins and minerals (and fiber) outta the fruit n' veggies. You're better off drinking Scotch.

You're better off eating your fruit, not juicing it.

I consume 5 pieces of fruit in one juice.
I also get Campbell's Well Yes! microwavable soups.
