Perfect! I love seafood as well!
When I cook a salmon filet I just put it in the oven and drizzle olive oil on it. I cook it fast so it doesn't dry out

I swear I could have eaten two of these entrées. It's been too long since I've had such a delicious piece of fish. I'm looking forward to the lobstah now!
I make my own meals and eat once a day, so it's a rare and unique occasion for me to actually pick up a meal in a restaurant. I'm quite pleased with this choice, and next month I may just do it all over again! Nom nom nom!

Salmon is by far the best seafood.
You should also try trout, it is very similar
( but a lot smaller! )

My ex and I used to go fishing because there was a brook in the backyard. That was the first time I actually enjoyed trout. Then I went on a crazy trout binge for a while!
