I've heard of people who caught their house on fire and died trying to deep fry a turkey. It does sound good though.

To do it properly you have to use a pressure cooker. That's what can be dangerous. In that pic they're just deep frying it in oil but it's not covered.

No, but I've heard it's delicious. But cooking it can be dangerous. Arby's is advertising fried turkey sandwiches now. I think I'll try one of those. Thanks.
