      Those are all too heavy. Cook some garlic down in EVOO, put the fish on the pan, tsss, tsss, squeeze lemon over the top, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on it while it's hot and enjoy!

          You could rinse the fillets then lay each side on a plate of flour until they were each lightly coated. Then melt a few pats of butter on a pan that's been warmed to medium heat. Put the flour covered fillets on the butter covered pan and cook each side 2-3 minutes. Then salt to taste and squeeze lemon on them, or use soy sauce if you have it and prefer it to salt.
