OMG try the sopes. (So-pays) is how you’d order them. I’d say with deshebrada which is shredded meat.
And yes the menudo is amazing. It has pork stomach in it but don’t let that scare you. It’s so delicious. Add lime, pico de gallo to that. Omg my mouth is watering
