I feel better when I drink at least two cups a day.
I max out at four cups.
That's almost exactly the recommended amount for a healthy adult (3-4 cups). -

Drinking it everyday ruins your teeth. It stains the enamel making your teeth look brown. I hate it but I have anemia so I drink coffee to keep from sleeping all day long.
You can continue with your gallons of soda each day,
