That is way too high over too high.
That is approaching the criteria to be considered a hypertensive emergency. The AHA may already consider 180/110 as such.
Besides elevating your risk of a stroke, long term uncontrolled hypertension is a leading contributor to congestive heart failure and a factor in coronary artery disease.
If 180/110 is your baseline BP, you need to get a doctor to prescribe you medication and follow up on the results. Lifestyle modifications probably need to happen, but you should be on meds immediately.
