I couldn't believe the lack of knowledge and results from what you eat that exist.
I thought food was just a source of energy, not a daily multi-vitamin. I had to "give and take" in certain situations:

    • coming home from college (and moving)
    • calling 911 twice and not being allowed to leave two nursing homes for about 1 year
    • being poor after my parents died-
Yes, it said green tea was a risk factor because of caffeine (or mainly.) I get decaf and drink it daily, more than once a day.

I put 5'4" to show that if I was a full stretched height in a healthy time, I would be more than 5'3", as I measured myself and might have been more than 5'3". I'm not hopping up and down desperate to "be" 5'2".

I find it strange that she continues to spell
                height
                incorrectly.

Probably a slip of the finger and just a typo.
One never really knows. She did spell height correctly a few posts above, though.

It's not a typo. She spells it like that everytime.
Strange that she can spell weight correctly though.

Really? LOL I never really noticed. Her writing is like stream-of-consciousness run-on sentences or endless lists (usually of food or items she wants to buy), and it's difficult to read. I think when she gets something in her head, it's trapped. She definitely has a unique way of spelling and sentence structure. And punctuation. I think she really enjoys making flow charts and spread sheets as well as making lists.

Are those tea bags still good? I'd wonder if they might have mould on them or maybe are rancid (from the oils on the leaves). Might be time for a new box of tea.
