Not necessarily. Only your doctor can diagnose you and confirm whether you do or do not have cancer. Since they were supposed to schedule your surgery by the end of November, you may want to contact your doctor to make sure you don't fall through the cracks. This is serious.

They said I’m on the waiting list they estimated end of November it didn’t follow through , so I’m still waiting
