I called the doctor for blood tests in october and the stupid receptionist made me an appointment 2 weeks later at a walk in center for them to tell me to go see my doctor
But to answer your question, idk it's England. I'm always unwell. Just being in this country makes me feel ill lol. -

If you've had a virus, it could be sinus problem.
