My mums been prescribed these and I’ve been taking them to get asleep the thing is they pile the weight on you so I’m not taking them there not prescribed to me anyway and I’m stuck at 12 stone 8!!! I’m so sad I calorie counted yesterday and took the right amount a gained weight I’m damned if I do and damned it if don’t ! I’ll never see the sunlight of being skinny again !

i take that at night, 7.5 mg. it helps me with insomnia.
it does mess with your weight, yeah. so i just take it when i need to sleep and can't which is not every night.
