I take walks sometimes, but other than that I'm not very physically active. Though when I've lost weight before I wasn't physically active either. I didn't eat less or any different either. All I did was stopping the medication, then I just started to lose weight.

Like I told Donna, I lost weight the same way a few years ago when I was in my mid 30s, so what difference does a few years make.? If I lost weight then, I should be losing weight now. And I'm one of the few people on here who are honest and open about how old I am. Learn to accept your age like I am instead of harassing people about it then you will be a much happier person.

Omg, I said I was at a McDonalds restaurant once, like years ago. That doesn't mean I'm there every other day. I don't talk about it on here everyday. The medicine is the reason for my weight gain, not what I eat.

No, I wasn't, not multiple times a day.! I think I said some guy was hitting on me or whatever. It wasn't really about the food.

Because I've experienced that I had to do nothing when I've lost weight before. I have superior metabolism.
