You could lose weight of you really wanted but it will require you stop eating so much and you start to exercise regularly, like walking for an hour a day. It does take time and effort but I think you could do it.

Shutup, you piece of sht. It's the meds that make me gain weight, not eating too much food or not exercising. Everytime I've went off the meds I have lost weight without eating less or excercising more. It's you fatases that are not on meds who need to eat less and excercise more to lose weight. I just need to get off the meds. I'm not off my meds now, but I am getting injections instead of pills and they make me less tired.
