Why do long text messages no longer send?

And the messages were sent to
someone
requesting information hence the long texts.
Well if this
someone
were anything important they'd make sure that a proper system of communication was used and so this
someone
is indeed a
no-one
when it comes to technology.
Perhaps phone your granny instead of sending her detailed messages on how to set the VCR

This 'person' with your direct number could WhatsApp with you. You could exchange emails. There's a variety of ways that long messages with detailed information are better exchanged rather than disjointed 160 character, 1 kilobyte increments ones
That said, back to your point. If you have voice and data enabled on your cellular network and can send and receive other smaller messages from other contacts then the issue is with your recipient.
If this problem is with everyone who you try to send longer SMSs to then it is with your network.
Perhaps you can't even send regular short SMSs?
I'd find that a bunch of backwards people on a trolling board isn't the smart choice for how to correct this particular situation with no personal information given
I'd also not advice it
So, when do we get to the part where it's an ASCII of you e-Peen that you're trying to send?

You do that Barry. And make sure you tuck your t-shirt in and tie up your laces beforehand.
First impressions count.
And don't let them bully you with big words and proper attitudes
I believe in you
